Network Share Monitor

I need an application created that will monitor the size of a network share based on the user name of the locally signed in user on a Windows 7 desktop. The app should be small, with an icon in the system tray that presents the user with info when they hover over a task bar icon. It should present the user with a small bar graph that represents usage vs. quota on a share. If possible an option to open a dialog window showing the contents of the share based on size, so that the user can then go and clean up files based on size. We are a small IT shop, and were looking to solve a complex problem with a simple solution. Example: "UserA" signs into a PC, "UserA" has access to a share on "Server123", the application would auto-launch to the system tray, and when hovered over with a mouse, present a small text or if possible visual representation of the available space on share "\\Server123\UserA". When they double click on the icon it will show them a dialog box that sorts by size the contents of "\\Server123\UserA" even if nested within folders. The solution needs to be written in .NET so that we can tweak and brand using Visual Studio and obfuscate the code if necessary as well.
