Video Stitching component and web, mobile client

Software architecture and development of a video stitching component and client user interface for web and mobile. This is a ground up development for a solution which exceeds the capability of currently marketed video stitching software, thereby preventing use of existing licensed video stitching API's, however, open source languages and associated libraries, API's may be used by agreement. For these reasons I am looking for highly skilled resource to complete this project, guru software architects, engineers and developers with experience of developing software within any of the areas of video management, video modification, video maintenance, video streaming, video writing, video compressing and video optimization amongst others, overall, people who understand the makeup of video are welcome to apply, we are seeking your assistance. *Phase 1* Input end user brief requirement, working with a solution architect capture further requirements, deliver a software architecture specification to meet requirement, may contain use cases, wire frames, component architecture and all of the necessary to deliver a solid specification. The specification must be sufficient enough in detail for a software developer to complete software development through to build. Deliver documented software specification. *Phase 2* Develop software based on the software specification completed at phase 1, Deliver full software source code. *Phase 3* Test with test results against plan, rework, fix, patch as necessary. Deliver software final build for live production. There is an appreciation that some iterations may be necessary using an agile approach in order to complete the project. When responding please provide references or portfolio to similar work completed, description of skill set, outline your intended approach to managing/planning the project, the means of communication which will be employed, the resource available to allocate to the project and the intended timelines for deliverable. Deliverable at each phase is to be made available to buyer during that phase on request or via a document sharing/collaboration workspace to be maintained by the seller.
