I have done this for 2-D data points. I require data sets plotted on 3-d scattered graph. Then representations converted in 2-d notations like smileys (happy for one set of clusters, sad for one set of clusters, frown for one set of clusters), I even need data sets done in higher dimensions (beyond 3) by making perfect, balanced clusters and comparing what the subjects do to the perfect clustering’s. This is all about clustering and how humans cluster when given data points mapped on graphs and those points converted into representations. I need to do a survey how adults and children cluster when given data points in graphs and those in representations and should find if the result of both is matching or not. Should also calculate hamming distance and misclassification error to compute the distance between the obtained clustering’s, I will do the research and survey (giving grphs and notations to subjects and will ask them to cluster them and will calculate hamming distance and misclassification error to compute the distance between the obtained clustering’s). But, I will need someone to draw 3-d graphs and notations and same for higher dimension. 3 to 4 3-d graphs and 2 higher dimensional (beyond 3-d) data sets with 2-d representation of those points.
