Develop game quiz like "Who Wants to be a millionaire" or "Show do Milhão"(Brazil Version)

Hi, i see you need your own version of who wants to be a millionaire built for windows desktops. I've read through the attached pdf and i get the idea fully. I can get this done for you very quickly, am a well seasoned developer with over 8yrs experience, you can be assured a job well done. But i have some questions... Do you want this game to utilize any online data or would it be a totally offline game? For the audience assistance, where would the "large group of people" responses come from? would it be simulated randomly by an algorithm or would you like it to be specified in the database for each question?
