C# Program to automatically to detect and convert non-white background images to white

Need a new C# Windows Application that will detect non-white image backgrounds and automatically convert to a white background. I attached an example of an image with a yellow background that would need to be corrected to a white background. The product image would not change only the background color. More details: 1. This application would need to support .jpg, .tiff and .giff formats. 2. The window should include controls to allow the user to upload a single image or batch of images. 3. This application will need to detect non-white backgrounds like attached. 4. If non-white background, then automatically convert to white. Only background. 5. This application would then display each the before image and after image. This is really an optional requirement. The minimum requirement, would be retain the origirnal image and to create a new version and store the new image to a new folder called "converted". 6. This application would display a summary of the number images imported, number of images that were converted, number of images that could not be converted and number of images that did not need to be converted because they were already white background. 7. This application should support images of any size. At a minimum, it should images of the size like attached. 8. Applications needs to be developed in C#. 9. Would prefer an option to specify the background color to be detected and an option to specify the background to be converted to. thanks,
