Web App Integrated with Mention

I have started an app that is built using SQL Server, ASP.NET WebAPI and AngularJS with a Bootstrap-based theme. The user journey for the app is as follows: 1. My client, a professional services firm, has a client who wishes to take out a subscription to their media monitoring and advice service, 2. My client adds their customer to the system and configures search term for them. They put them on either a daily, weekly or monthly reporting service depending on how much their customer is paying them. 3. The crawler goes out and gets social media results for the search term(s) and places them into a SQL database for review. 4. The system sends an alert to the end-customer's account manager to tell them results have been found and saved. 5. The account manager logs in to the system and reviews the results, flagging each option with the action that should be taken (e.g. 'Needs Response'). 6. Once the account manager has reviewed all the results they are added to a report and an alert is sent to the end-customer to tell them a report is ready for them to see (an email report and a Twilio SMS). 7. The end-customer logs in and sees a report waiting to be read. They read the report, which will contain multiple items along with the flag that was set by the account manager. 8. The end-customer then decides is he/she agrees with the account manager's flag (e.g. 'Needs Response'). They click a button to say they agree/disagree. 9. The report is updated and an alert is sent back to the Account Manager to show them what their end client agreed/disagreed with. At the end, when the Account Manager receives the completed report back everything is then taken offline or into other systems - this app has finished its job. As I say, I've started this in ASP.NET WebAPI, Angular and SQL Server, but open to options. You might want to develop your own from scratch or you might want to finish my work. It must be able to run on a single Windows-based Virtual Machine and preference will be given to ASP.NET-based code. Ideally, we want the app to integrate with [login to view URL] and use their API to set up the search terms, carry out the searching, and then using Zapier/API to put the results found using [login to view URL] into the SQL Database. * In the first instance we only need a demo mode copy of the software - i.e. it will be OK to hard-code some of the features. There must be a facility for the salesman to prepare a demo - for example by changing the demo data about customers and terms.
