Write some Software

Looking to develop a multiplatform application for Desktop, Tablet and Phone. Application will need to have a basic CMS to manage some of the content and the ability to update based on changes to that content (application needs to function offline, except for app updates). I will provide a wireframe, design and all content - but will need to work closely with developer for implementation. I have experience myself in Adobe Animate/AIR so I can speak the language. Ideally candidate would be in southeastern Wisconsin, but I would consider qualified candidates in the Chicago area as well. I'm not looking for a candidate not within the region. Project will begin June 1 with a completion date in early August. I expect the project to consume all that time.
