Automate/Improve R function - code provided

I have an R code that I need to improve. See attached the R script that describes the problem. Please run the file and then read the description in the file. The code currently has hardcoded formulas that calculate certain values. I want the code to be independent of the formulas since I have more than 100 values/formulas and changing that in the code can become tedious. I wish to find a way to replicate the code for 100, or 200 or even 300 formulas/calculations without hardcoding them in the function/R code itself. Please ask any questions. This will be a very easy job for someone who is very familiar with R. No more than 30 minute job since the R code is already provided.
