Professional Telemarketer Required - Must speak excellent English
We require a professional English speaking Telemarketer to phone businesses in Australia and get them to sign up for a free 1 month trial for an online introductory and Jobsearch Website in the Care Industry. The Carers include “Babysitters, Nannies, Child Care Workers, Disability Carers, Aged Carers, In-Home Nurses, Life Skills Educators, Tutors, Housekeepers, Cleaners, Personal Home Assistants, Pet Sitters and House Sitters”. So the businesses will be child care centres, disability centres, aged care centres etc.
We target businesses who hire a small to large number of Carers each year and also families who hire Carers privately for their family. There is plenty of information on the website describing each Carer position and what they do and also a comprehensive FAQ section that will help you to understand what we do and also keep you informed to answer any questions that may arise during cold calling.
On this website Carers upload a photo and profile for free then Businesses and families pay a subscription fee to be able to contact the Carers through the site to hire them. Businesses and families also create advertisements for their vacancies and there is a job board where these are displayed and Carers can apply directly to the Employer for their vacancy.
You will be offering businesses a one month free trial of our services and also encouraging them to advertise for staff through the job board once they sign up.
Please bid your hourly rate for this project and also PM how you plan on approaching prospective clients and any information on past work you have done in this area. This will be ongoing work depending on success of the project with bonuses when businesses pay to sign up after the free one month trial expires. You will be required to keep a register of phone calls including Company Name, the person you spoke to, their phone number, email and website address if you have it, and details of their response. You will also be required to send them an email during each conversation with the details of the special offer.
Weekly hours and duration of project will be agreed upon before awarding project.
