Magazine Advertising Sales (30% commission)

We have an online magazine specifically targeted towards people in the UK with an interest in the outdoors & nature. We attract approximately 20,000 regular readers and the online magazine has an estimated online readership of 60-80,000 views. As our overheads are very low and I would like to keep them that way, I am looking for someone who can take control of the sales on a commission basis. The Deal: 30% commission on all sales (customer can be directed to online page where they can pay via paypal/creditcard) A similar magazine to this one (readership of just 24,000) sells over 40 adverts per month, there is definitely a market available.
