Telemarketers Needed to Set Appointments

We are in the process of launching a new high-end coaching service to small business owners. Our sales cycle is quite long and we are looking for a team of sales professionals to expidite the relationship building process through cold calling. We are looking for: *Professionals fluent in English *Professionals with B2B experience *Professionals capable of calling the US from US number *Professionals capable of using zoho CRM *Professionals able to use a script and give feedback on effectiveness Obviosly we are looking for professionals who can deliver us solid appointments. To support you/ your team in doing this we will provide the following: *Fully developed and useable script *Specific leads to call *A CRM system to manage leads and performance *Ongoing training/ development to increase closing ratios We are looking for a team or person who can deliver a minimum, 20% lead to appointment set ratio. We will be needing this service for at least the next 12 months. The purpose of this project is to establish a working relationship that produces results. After the completion of the project, if a 20% conversion ratio is met or exceeded we will be open to continuing the relationship at that time.
