My name is Codruta.
I have 3 years experience with Marketing (Bachelor degree), data entry, Statistics, copywriting, Social Media and online research.
Also I have 2 years experience as call center operator for Telecom Italia. I worked 2 years at a company based in Romania that offered call center outsourcing services for mobile and fixed telephony firms based in Italy. For 2 years I have made calls in Italy to propose, to clients and to potential customers, various packages of phone services, internet services, tablets and pc. Communication was based on a script and always I adapted it according to the client. The discussions were held in Italian language and always I made my monthly target. Now I want to be call center operator from other countries, preferably English speakers.
Skills and compentence:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point, Access, Front Page);
- Very organized person, able to work according to the priorities
- fast processing of information and the ability to adapt to changes and special situations

I can start at 8th June. My working hours are between 7 a.m. - 1 p.m. (GMT time one) Monday to Friday.
I'm looking for a stable job, by long period. I'm a flexible, open to ideas and willing to learn person.
