Direct Hire Position

Base $110K with OTE $126K in So . California OC or LA Description: As a Professional Services Consultant, you will help implement intelligent, natural language interaction solutions for our customers. This will involve installing, configuring, and integrating our intelligent search and knowledge management products into our customer’s websites and enterprise systems. You will also help integrate our products with leading CRM, packages. The work will require a technical and functional knowledge of our product as well as the ability to understand the business and technical needs of our customers. You'll be a key project team member charged with the analysis of user and technical requirements, specifications development, solution design and development, testing, and deployment. You will become an expert with InQuira's technology, functionality, and implementation methodology. You'll serve as a key resource for our customers and integration partners, who will call upon you to apply our technology to help solve their business problems. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Required Experience: • 3-5 years of Enterprise Software consulting and implementation experience • Professional experience interacting with clients • High level of proficiency with Java, Perl, and Relational Databases • Experience with Linux, Unix, and NT development environments • Proficiency with XML, HTML, SQL, JSP, and ASP • Ability to work on multiple projects at any given time • Proactive, Self-starter • Must be willing to travel Desired (Not Required): • Knowledge of application servers (Tomcat, Weblogic) • Knowledge of distributed computing technologies (EJB/COM) • Experience deploying or integrating with Siebel, Vignette, Clarify, Kana, or other CRM applications Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Additional Comments: We offer: • Competitive salary • Company stock options • Highly challenging and rewarding environment • Ability to impact the business, participate in strategic projects, and learn a lot! ## Deliverables This is a direct hire position
