I am building a new housing website. It will focus on the dutch market since I live and work here. Nevertheless I do not speak dutch.

I need someone that will conduct the below three activities:

1) translate ~2000 words of marketing&legal content from English to Dutch. This will be the website core content.

2) looking for someone that will be able to partner up a bit in the future with managing customer care. In fact I am expecting mostly dutch web-traffic. Therefore I would like to be able to have someone able to help translate correspondence with customer in a short term. How much would you charge per mail, and how quick could you respond?

3) someone that could manage the dutch social media pages translating the content (Linkedin, Google+, FB, twitter) and interacting with the customers
