Hi, even though those recipes are just examples, they're really easy and I would be able to do it quite quickly depending on how many recipes you need done.
I had also actually have a culinary license in Japan (3 years in Japanese high school taking culinary courses) as well as having finished my studies and culinary training in Switzerland so I'm knowledgeable in not just the Japanese language, but I can effectively and properly translate ingredients and cooking methods into English.
I wasn't really sure what you meant by bidding in twenties, so I just put 40... I also don't have a set price as I'm not a professional translator, but I do satisfactory work.
