I'm looking to hire a Romanian speaker for around 4 hours’ work or so. I work for an oil and gas strategic business intelligence provided based in London, called GlobalData. I lead the European upstream research team and I am looking for hydrocarbon production data for oil and gas fields in Romania. Of greatest importance is data for 2010-2013, however more historic data is also of interest. My English google searches are not having a great deal of luck so would like a Romanian to try to find these and contact relevant Romanian authorities/ministries/government/agencies in order to obtain the data for all Romanian oil and gas producing fields. Please could you provide me with a quote on the expected cost for hiring someone for 4 hours to get this data. It would need to be done this week if this is possible.
