VMWARE Horizon View admin scripting

I would like to have one with VMWARE Horizon View with administration skill to write a script which (1) will list out the VMWARE virtual desktops which are in a status of "agent unreachable" or "protocol failure" and (2) to restart them. I would be able to schedule this script to be executed on a daily base. The software versions and settings are listed as below: VMware ESXi 5.5 build 2143827 (5.5 patch 3) VMware vCenter 5.5 build 2183111 (5.5 5.5 Update 2b) VMware Horizon Server 6.0.1 build-2088845 Virtual Desktop – Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 (32-bit) Desktop Pool Attributes in VMware Horizon : Automatic, linked clone, dedicated, no persistent disk, no disposable file redirection.
