REPOST: Edit 4 Short Videos To Blur Out Some Specific Details

I have 4 videos, one is 2 minutes and the other 3 are about 6 minutes each. .MOV files. Throughout the videos the person is opening mail and showing various checks. I need the names and address blurred out on the checks in the "pay to" section and "to" part of the envelopes shown. Specifically anywhere the recipients name or company name and address is shown needs to be blurred. There are up to 5 areas in each frame which will need to be blurred. ***Very Important Please Note*** - this must be done frame by frame and ONLY the names and address be blurred. I will not accept the blurring of a wider area. It must be specifically limited to the names as specified in order to preserve the quality and credibility of the video. QUICK turnaround is a plus. NOTE: I am not a video editor, but apparently this project involves a lot of detail work. I have awarded this project before, the winner worked on it for one day and then quit without explanation. PLEASE read the project description.
