Convert MS Powerpoint Slides plus MP3s to Video 2

I have several MS Powerpoint slides and audio files that I need converted into video files. Most slides contain bullet points. I will provide an MP3 file for each slide. I am looking for somebody who has the proper software, skills and patience to convert each slide with accompanying audio file into a video file (mpg). The bidder must be able to 1. Get access to a tool designed specifically for converting Powerpoint to video (i.e. Camtasia Studio) 2. Set up Powerpoint so that the bullets show one at a time, when needed. 3. Line up the bullet points with the audio file so that the bullets change as the audio reads it. 4. Convert the audio/video to mpg format. There are approximately 140 slides that need convertine. Please bid for entire project. Please describe what tools you plan to use and a sample of you converting a Powerpoint presentation to video.
