I'm seeking an experienced video editor to edit a cinematic wedding video. You must be able to check off all of the below in order to be suitable. - Editing in Premiere Pro CS6 - Speak and understand english perfectly (you'll need to sift through speeches) - Be capable of precision editing, every edit must be clean and free of top and tail whips / reframes - Have experience creating emotive, engaging and beautifully edited videos. What you will be provided: - All raw footage from the wedding day (low bit-rate proxy clips) - A brief outline of how the video is to be edited - All music to be used with a rough guide on when to use it - A premiere pro project file already setup with all elements in labeled bins - Answers to any questions you may have What you will need to deliver: - A beautiful 10-15 minute cinematic wedding film - Your premiere pro project file for me to reconnect to original media and You will be provided links to previously completed videos for you to know the quality that is expected. These will be provided through private message to prospective freelancers. This is not a simple edit following instructions, you will need to be creative and build the film based on footage and speeches from the day. Please apply with links to any relevant work you have done. Please include your version of Premiere Pro in your application to ensure you have read this brief in full. Hello, I am a Premiere Pro Editor capable of editing in CS6 or CC. I always strive for a cinematic feel and vibe. English is my native tongue, so I wouldn't have a problem sifting through speeches. All of my cuts and transitions start with choosing exactly which frames to show or cut, no sloppy edits here. You can check out my work at www.WAYHARSH.com. I am a creative editor and I appreciate being able to sit down with the footage and piece together a beautify story. I will be able to provide you a premiere pro project file upon completion of the project. My only concern with this project is color grading. Are you passing this off to a Colorist afterwards? Color plays a big part in creating the cinematic feel. I am a skilled colorist but with low res proxies I wouldn't be able to pull all of the dynamic range that you can with the raw files. Maybe we can negotiate color grading after the edit is completed. I look forward to hearing from you! -JHS

I did not have the chance to collect any wedding videos though I have made quite some in the past yet you can see obviously my skills by the videos... I bid low on this one in hopes to show you my ability, and establish a relationship. If you wanted to provide me a short sample, and I edit like a 3 minute clip, I would do that for free just as a sample. I'm looking for some steady side editing work. I review footage carefully and edit to make sure everything looks smooth, I have edited some very poor footage into, what I think are decent videos. I use CS6 as I have the creative cloud membership.
