This will NOT be your typical "Meet Jane" corporate introductory video so please do not include these in your proposal.
This WILL be an engaging story that educates the viewer on the techniques of proper blood pressure measurement.
Length of video: 4-5.5 minutes
The final video also needs to be 1080 resolution and 16:9 aspect ratio.
The voice over acting will be provided by us, but additional editing may be required by the animation team. We will also need music/ sounds to help sell the scene.
We are trying to tell a story and educate. We do not want this video to be a sales pitch.
Here are some examples of what we are looking for:

We like the more polished illustrations that this video has.

This is an example of the sort of interactions we are hoping to have between two characters. Except we would like for them to have moving lips that do not have to move in synchronization with the voice over.

We want to avoid the "anime" style seen in the above video but we are open to other cartoon styles.
We need to see examples in your proposal of hand drawn characters engaged in a dialogue with appropriate facial expressions/ body language.
Please provide only 2-3 relevant samples of your work.
There are three primary characters for this video:
1) 1950's Doctor (think how Mad Men would depict a doctor)
2) Veteran Nurse who is somewhat jaded. She has seen and done it all 1,000+ times.
3) Rookie Nurse who is overly eager to please and woefully under-prepared/ trained.
The premise of the video is that the two Nurses have to sit down and watch one of those mandatory training videos which are typically out-dated and boring. After the video, the Veteran Nurse teaches the rookie how to measure BP.
You can find the outline for the script attached.
