560346 Build .NET class to encapsulate HighCharts.

I need a .NET 4.0 class created that implements the HighCharts object. The documentation can be found at [login to view URL] All of the properties and constants need to be implemented and one method needs to be created. The method will output the properties (HighChart options) that have been assigned a value, in the class instance, in the format used by Geckoboards as defined here: [login to view URL] The class will be used in a .NET MVC application and the method will need to return an ActionResult. I will load the chart data points from a database. I would prefer the class to be created in vb.NET but I will consider bids that will use C#. Please specify which language you will use.
