Windows-7, 64-bit, VB6 Conversion - File Copy With Right Mouse Click

Please see the attached code in Visual Basic 6. It works perfectly on Windows-XP (32-bit). I need someone to fix it so that it also works on Windows-7 (64-bit). The code must be in VB6! The code works as follows: DLL file created by VB6 code, then registered on the computer by Configurator.exe. When the user highlights a file or folder by clicking with the mouse right button, the computer displays the option to copy the file or folder to a specific folder on the computer. If the user then clicks on the option, the file or folder is copied. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thank You.
