Web searching & creating Database of Russian companies email contacts - The first step is sending CV - Fluency (Native speaker) in Russian language is a prerequisite - Quantity: Real Estate companies: 25.000 email contacts - Priority is given to large, established Real Estate Agencies, in 8-10 largest cities - Priority is given to companies, that already offer real estate from other countries (mainly from south-east Asia) - searching and selection must be manual, not via grabbing programs - Database will contain 4 columns in Excel: Company name / Email / City / Website (if applicable) - Email contacts must be on the owner / director / manager / management company. Not staff or brokers! - All email addresses have to be valid and belong to Real Estate companies - after submission 25% of the work (2500 contacts) for checking, can freelancer request the creation of 1 Milestone at a maximum of 50% of the agreed price of the project. This Milestone will be paid after successful checking of 50% delivered contacts. Rest will be paid after delivery of 100% work.
