Clipshare modifications

Hello I have a clipshare pro script and I need to do a couple of modifications...and debug things - I have currently 1 type of users, I need 2 types of users for uploading videos: personal and webmasters (I want the videos uploaded by the webmasters to be possible to place a different banner over the player for each videos that is not currently possible) - I want to clone the community area pornhub dot com, I want the same display and features - When a user does a feature request for a video, I want it to be auto approve to be featured so it can be automaticly dispayed on the home page. - I want a mouseover effect over the pictures of the videos in the menus(when the mouse pass over the pictures shows parts of the movie) - I need 2 modifications on my view video page, I want to move a box below the video player and change the size and add a tab to the box for the comments - The display of my channels is not in alphabetical order I want it in order - The rss in my browser does not work (but the same rss links on my bottom page works) - when I try to browse the videos of a user I click the second page, it always takes me on page 1 Thats all, I want someone reliable to develop a longtime business relation, so please be serious, if you dont know how to do it dont contact me.. thank you
