Project Description

First off:
I already have a social engine script, but if you feel that you can offer me a good, professional and nice looking web 2.0-looking script cheap enough I might consider changint to your script!

I use [url removed, login to view]'s social networking script.
But the problem is that Social Engine looks too much like facebook now, and I dont want people to think I ripped them off, know what I mean?
I have a demo-site running at social.djuxe.com. Create an accounr (it goes really quick) and see what the system looks like!
I would like a really simple design, totally different from Social Engine's standard look.
Round corners, gradients, web 2.0 colors etc.

The site is gonna be a social network with music, where people can download / listen to music online, create their own playlists etc.

If you really want this project, please take a look at [url removed, login to view], register and look around a bit.

As you can see the whole site evolves around music.
This is a possible layout:
Homepage should not look as the Social Engine does. It should be only a search bar, kind of like searchbeta.playlist.com. That searchbar is to find music, I have that already. And then in the upper right corner there should be login / signup link. That is when Social Engine is activated.
So take a look at [url removed, login to view] (my 1st test of Social Engine)

I would like to keep the following things the way they are right now:
1. The location of the logo

2. The blue main menu bar
3. The banner "Join us today", however I would like to be able to randomize different banners.
4. The login-box to the left. And then where the News, and "Members last login" are now I would like to input my search bar, the one I have on www.djuxe.com. People can search without having to be logged in, but to create a playlist, they have to create an account on the site (just like it is now, try [url removed, login to view] out)

When someone logs in they should get get directed to the same home-page as on regular Social Engine.

If you login to [url removed, login to view] you will see that the whole community section is under a main menu item called "Community". Thats where you can find polls, photos, groups etc. That is also how I want it. The main thing here isnt the community, the main thing is the music, so I want that to stand out the most on the website.
Take a look at the profile page on Imeem:
http://www.imeem.com/people/CVIkrDm
This is the kind of look I want.
Also I dont want Social Engine's classic look, I want more web 2.0 look (like imeen for example)
I like the blue main menu bar of Social Engine, I would like to keep this look.
So main menu should be something like:
Home | Music | Community | Help

Under music people will be able to search for music and lyrics.
Under Community is where the Social Engine is, with all its functions. I would also like to have a custom playlist module in all the users profiles.
If you create an account on [url removed, login to view] and add some songs to playlist you will see how it looks. I would want this playlist to be in a custom box on every users profiles showing the users playlist, almost like here:
[url removed, login to view] (but with nicer look of course)
So note that the whole playlist system and everything is already made, all you need to do is to implement it into the social engine.

If you want I can draw you some pictures in photoshop to further clearify how I want it.

Have a good day!
