285433 YouTube Video Copy / Re-Upload

Hi, We have a simple task for YouTube. We'd like 500 popular, 'football' related videos downloaded and re-uploaded to YouTube with our website advertised on the copied video. We require the 500 videos to be spread over a minimum of 25 YouTube accounts. So 20 videos per account. So if one account was suspended for any reason, the work wouldn't be lost in it's entirety. You obviously require some kind of video editing software - MovieMaker will do - to add the website message to the video. Looking for speedy cost efficient worker. Kind regards, Ben
