iPhone Maps Application - repost

Our application is a social media application that requires a Facebook regitration and will be writing to a RESTful service. The app needs to be able to be able to pull up a list of user profiles and display them as different pins on a map using the current location. We will require a few filters; Interests(scrolling checklist) and Radius (Dropdown list 2km, 5km, 10km). We will also need the app to read and write to a RESTful service that has been written in Java accessing a mongodb database. We also need to be able to update a profile, select the Facebook photos and generally have a lot of integration with the user's existing Facebook profile. A chat facility needs to be available when a user wants to contact another user. Users need to be able to view and review other users using a star system.
