250079 Basic web design

Hi, I want to have made a basic web site. Only design (and HTML/CSS coding), no programming. I have a logo in different shades of purple (#4b5473 and #899dd0) on White, and these colors should be represented in the design. You will see the logo once the bid has been accepted. The layout should be fixed-width with a header and a footer. Navigation should be below the logo in the header. I want to see prior work (preferably something alike to this) before accepting any bids.
