341811 Clone Simple Web Design

Hello, I would like to clone the following site: www [dot] paulmurphyinsurance [dot] com. I need some examples of your work but please don't just post a bunch of links. This should be easy.. Basically as you see with a different color scheme but with no flash, and no virtual agent. I pretty much want a 100 percent clone with the above noted exceptions of that site. Thanks!
