We are offering an opportunity for you to join the team of a new App development business.
The person in this position will be required to have 2 year minimum understanding and skills in the areas of Graphics Design for website layouts and have skills using photoshop Html and other graphics tools to create stunning graphics for our clients mobile phone apps. Graphic arts skills and Photoshop application knowledge are essential.
The person we are looking for should know how to design graphics for websites and will use this skill to make graphic layouts for iPhone and Android Phone Apps. Our software does all the app building for us, but we need some custom design work for the screen sizes and resolutions to make our clients apps POP off the mobile phones. Must be able to show us samples of designs you have built.
POSITION DESCRIPTION & DUTIES:
Daily projects to install, design and/or customize new or existing designs for our Mobile Apps projects.
Must have strong English speaking and communication skills. Must also have a computer in good working condition and high-speed Internet access that is dependable. Must also be willing to follow company policies that include regular weekly work hours dedicated to us, to record work hours and be available for contact with our Team Leader during working hours.
WORK HOURS REQUIREMENTS:
Must be available during Part-Time hours (3 hours daily) between Monday – Friday 9:00 – 12:00hrs OR 14:00 – 17:00hrs
COMPENSATION: This position initially pays $250 a month increasing with the number of project undertaken each month. Payments will be split into 2 pay periods in the month:
1st period: 1st to 15th of the month.
2nd period: 16th to last day of the month.
Pay days are twice a month falling at the end of each pay period in the month.
This will be a 30-day trial hire with promotion to permanent status after 30 days upon completion of satisfactory performance review.
COMPANY POLICIES:
Team members are provided a Contract Hire Agreement as Independent Contractors and are NOT provided with lunch hour pay, breaks, holiday pay, or sick leave pay, as you are an independent contractor, and not an employee. All pay is based on actual hours worked and tasks completed. All time is monitored by a Team leader and tasks tracked by a Time Tracking program.
Reports are required to be updated daily and to be submitted at the end of each pay period in order to be paid.
