Simple logo + website design needed

I'll keep this short and sweet! We are a music writing and production company based in the UK and require a logo and website to represent our company. The logo must be edgy but also simple at the same time. The kind of logo that can be recycled and used on tshirts, cd covers, magazines etc. The design of the website will be fairly simple with about 4 - 5 pages with a flash player on the home page which will house some of our music. Example of style or feel we are looking for: [login to view URL] You must be good at graphics because we won't have any of our personal photos on there you'll be creating some graphics and also getting royalty free images from the internet. Our budget for this project is $300 Half escrowed at start of project and released half way through the project. The other half is escrowed just before completion and released before project source files are delivered to us. You must have an instant messenger such as skype or gtalk. Also be available through out the time your working on this project showing regular updates etc. These are our terms and above budget is final maximum we are willing to pay for this website.
