Web Design and Promotion

I am looking for a fairly simple site that will be primarily used to sell a single ebook on clickbank. All content for the web page will be provided and all pages need to be search engine friendly. I also need the site to be SEO, promoted and linked with other sites. I would like 5-10 banners promoting the site. The website needs to be secure in order to only allow one download per payment. It will also need a “fly-in” in order to collect names of people who don’t buy right away. (AKA newsletter) Pages that are needed include: 1. Home 2. Order ebook 3. Great Free Stuff 4.
