Webdesigner - multiple, ongoing projects

We're looking for someone interested in flat-rate design projects. The amount will change from $30-$100 per job. Work entails creating the homepage mock (and sometimes a internal page mock up) as an image for our clients in one specific field of business. Please read the rest of the requirements, but if you really want this job, then create me a mock up in a .jpg format that has the same elements as this site: [login to view URL] The mock up can not be exactly, but just have the same elements, etc. The process works by us sending you notification of a new mockup we need created and provide you with any specifics for the layout if available. Your job is to create the homepage mockup and send us the jpg for review by our customer. You cannot put watermarks on the designs. We are designers ourselves and can easily remkae or remove watermarks so there is no point in putting them there. It wastes our time and our client's time. There may or may not be revisions to the mockup. Once a mockup is approved, you are paid and you send us the psd for the design. You are paid the same amount, a flat-rate of $30, regardless of the amount of revisions. In most cases there will be 1-2 color or text revisions, then the design would be approved. If you're able to meet deadlines and provide satisfactory designs, the flat-rate will increase. This is a flat rate job. Do not send your hourly rate or reply without some examples of your work. We will not pay more than $30-100 per mockup, don't waste time with a higher bid. If selected, you must guarantee a 24 hour turnaround for designs and revisions.
