Hi. I would like to build a blog website - have a few sites I am looking to resemble. I will publicly mention this one ([login to view URL]) and will show a few others when communicating with potential candidates. It's not a heavy design job, but need someone very proficient in WP that can get the basic pages started, with menu, and relevant plugins. Please mention the word "bicycle" in your bid, so I know you have read this. I would want 4 -5 tabs/pages to start. - some pages will be just basic pages (like this - [login to view URL]) - not exactly a blog page. I think a fair bid is in the area of $200-$250.
