Website design and HTML/CSS coding

Design and corresponding HTML/CSS code should be created for new web2.0 project. Design should be clean, simple and comfortable. So as designer you should create design and HTML/CSS for following: 1) Overall page design with required functional elements a. Logo b. Main menu c. Login panel/Information panel(username/balance/statuses etc.) d. Bread Crumb e. Submenu f. Footer 2) Login/Information panel 3) Tables for output of information with buttons 4) User card – will be used in different places as “quick-overview” of the user 5) Generic design for forms There is no need in dynamic programming: no javascript/AJAX. All desired dynamic features by you should explained by words. (We have separate team member for that kind of development.) If you familiar with Apache Wicket – it will be a great plus for you. It’s supposed that working on project will be performed in following way: 1) Creation of overall design (3-10 days) 2) HTML/CSS coding for overall design (2-5 days) - at this point you can receive partial payment 3) Design of required sub-elements 4) HTML/CSS coding for required-elements 5) Repeating of p.3-4 till all required elements will be done – at this point you can receive upto 90% of the payment 6) Support of design/HTML for about 1-2 month – after support stage you will receive the rest of the payment
