514789 Wordpress expert - change of theme + real tube function

Hola, looking for wordpress expert who can modify my licence of this theme: [login to view URL] into "adult tube theme" IN THIS WAY: - Rotating Thumbnails of video (like every adult tube site) - there will be 4x10 videos, no 3x4 - no older enteries and newer enteries but numbers with "next" like [login to view URL] - on the right side will be only search bar and place for ads + new videos like featured content but without text only thumbnails In header there will be: - home - categories - best of the day - best of last 7 days - best fo month - erotic chat - advertisment link - no comment "flag" next to thumbnail, no text, but title, duration, and % quality from voting system + age of post - should looks like [login to view URL] in design Every page will have video, under it will be "tags", under it voting system like [login to view URL] and comments + simmilar videos + ads on right side in same way like xvideos.com. - On right side will be also links for download of this video! I WILL MAKE LOGO BY MYSELF! REAL TUBE FUNCTION: - i want real tube function - will upload video throught WP posting system + add category + add download links, etc. NO EMBEDING, real tube function with my own FLV player and streaming from my server, but i will upload videos in AVI, it should encode ;-) You also install it on my dedicated server.
