Main Framework: + iOS application development + Website to be linked to application + Secured payment to be coded into iOS + Database creation Summary of Application: The overall scope of the application is a marketing tool for businesses to reach out to potential customers. Businesses will be able to import products into the application with pricing and details. Businesses will also be able to manage their imported products via the application and website The businesses will provide a range of information and offers to customers which will be held on a central database which links up to an iOS application and website, this information will be validated by ourselves prior to going live and we would like database access once set up to be able to edit / add information. Note: We are also able to provide the design and layout of the entire interface and hence will only require the developer to work on the coding and technical work to materialise this E commerce app. iOS / Android Application - Application is free from the iTunes store. - First thing the users see will be products imported by the businesses (like pinterest/lookbook interface that is the "most recent/new") - Both user and business will need to register if they want to import/purchase - Email confirmation will be sent to the user with login & password. - User's phones remain logged in after initial email confirmation registration. - A "favourites" feature that will allow users to save particular 'products' to a favorites area for easy future access. - Sharing function to link to twitter / fb / email etc. - Deal of the day (which can be random or altered by us) - Pull down to refresh/slide up to return to home page/auto load - "Mouse over" to reveal details and slightly enlarge picture -> details include $, shop, size - Tap picture to open full details - Tutorial for first time users Website & Database - Allow a form for the business to complete to request access to our service/advertise their "product". This will send an email to our inbox for us to validate and confirm with the business. - Allow users to browse various deals, (expanded version of app) - Users/businesses can update their details through the website and have the ability to register and arrange payment. - We need the ability to accept payments on the iPhone and website. - House a central database with businesses & user information. - Initial set up of the database by the developer. (No ongoing work needed) - We would like functionality to add a new business to the database, modify, delete. - We would like the developer to provide us with website support. Other - Initially we will be launching this to a limited area (City), but requires the functionality to expand. - Ideally would prefer an iOS developer with cross platform experience (Android) and website knowledge. - We would like a straight forward sophisticated design, with ease of use for the client. We have design briefs which we are happy to send through upon request. - We would like the ability to work with the developer again for future update & support. - We are willing to work together with successful developer to achieve a joint outcome.
