Build an Online Store

Hello, I need some assistance re-designing my [login to view URL] merchant website. I have started to put some things together as to what I was hoping my site would look like and I have attached what I have so far to this email. Just as a background. The business that I am currently building is so that clients can find information on Aesthetic Services (i.e. Botox, Laser treatments, vein treatments, etc) as well as the ability to buy products. As far as the services portion (which will be broken down under the company's acronym categories of S - skin, H - hair, E - eyes, N - nails), my company will be subcontracting the services out to other med spa facilities that we will have contracts with, so I would like to set up the website so the capability for the client to "request" and appointment via filling out a form will be present on the website. I am attaching an example drawing sample that I sketched as an idea along with some of the content that I have already started working on. Overall, I really want to make my website Social Media (Youtube, Facebook, Twitter) friendly, optimal for SEO utilization, and Blog ready that is clean and clear, very user friendly without clutter, and very professional. I have a Volusion eCommerce Website Template that I have already been working on so what I need is help to complete that site with the description of what I sent over before.
