We are wanting an OS X application developed that accepts multitouch gestures from a control panel style interface. There will be various knobs and sliders that when activated will transmit MIDI CC values to other software installed and running on the OS. We also want to have cutout windows from this 'overlay' to show some aspects of the software underneath.
