Now we want to transfer the .PSD to a HTML5 + Javascript. Conditions for this project: - The layout needs to be work on a parallex way on the desktop. - We need a browser compatible layout (needs to work also on mobile) - You work with the W3C Rules - You will use skype to communicate - You think with the project and find innovative ways to create the best results. Important - We only need experts. - We need this layout in 7 days - Millstone 15% before – 90% after - Every day that you delayed with the development time we will reduce the price with 5$. Every - We only accept offers from freelancers that have done more than 10 projects. - We handle a 5% negative feedback ratio. If you have 100 feedbacks we accept 5 negative feedbacks not more. If you have more than 5% please don’t respond. - The password of the file is ‘layout’ Before you send us a bid please make sure you have seen our example (see attachment) See no other bids, we just choose bids that deviate from the general bids.
