My site needs to have some white void spaces removed from above and below the title to "push everything up." I assume this needs to be done in the template so that it reflects on all pages on the site. I'm also assuming it's a fairly simple change of code. I don't have much money to spend on this project, which is why I don't want to pay the hosting company to do it. The site is http://www.portablegeneratorsexpress.com.
