Easy joomla website with good briefing

Hi there, I want to build a joomla website for consumers and business, where they can find tips and checklists. Requirements: Requirements website: - an upload-system for consumers to place their own texts - Multilangual so include joomfish-module - The module SEF to optimize urls - google-ads on the right Lay out en design - The site must be build in 1024 pixels (wide) and 768 pixels (long). However, at right and left side must be some space left. This is more relaxing to the eye. - The sites basic colors have to be a light type of blue, with a white background. - Font: verdana, black - I’d like to have a design such as [login to view URL] That’s also the structure I would like to have. Look at the screenshot I include here. First check with the original site [login to view URL] at your screen if you understand what I mean with this images. I will send you some more information when the bidding is over. - as you can see in the screenshot, the site is divided in four parts: 10 most recent articles, 10 most popular articles, consumer tips and checklists, business tips and checklists. Deadline isn't important, price and quality is. Please show me some examples of comparable sites you have designed.
