Joomla Flash Banners Change For Mobile Phone Compatibility

Project Description: We need the flash banner component for an existing joomla website converted to another type of banner component so that the banners are viewable on Android, iPhone, and BlackBerry mobile phone devices. The banners currently rotate and are also clickable to links that we specify in the admin panel...so we need to maintain the same functionality as the existing site banners.
