Site for web design/development firm

We are looking to have our website with new domain name, www.realisticwebsites.co.uk. So we need tableless, css and html strict validate website. Site will be of 4-5 pages and service page will have 4 internal pages and portfolio page will have around 2 internal pages. I will need unique images for all pages. I will pay for the paid images as i am not interested in free images. It will be site without Flash. Simple HTML website with unique logo on header section. The site will be with white back ground. My budget is only around 125-150$.
