Please check the demo at [login to view URL] - We're looking for a complete new design with new sections arrangement. - add one page like news. - No need to design a logo. - Mobile design required. - It should not look similar to the original design. As we have initial design in PSD format for home page only, the other pages required from your side. - Original theme is LTR. We need it RTL language. - The template files just to make sure of everything are attached. Check it out first. - You will be provided with a picture of front page to take ideas from. - This kind of projects might require some knowledge in PHP. - you can got some ideas from [login to view URL] -some developing works required. This job should be easy specially for Smarty experts. Budget is fixed.
