WordPress ecommerce template - installation and customized

I've decided on a WordPress multi-purpose template that uses HTML5 and CSS3. I will also be adding a shopping cart to this to make it an ecommerce site. I need a WordPress guru who can customize and install a Wordpress ecommerce template and who knows HTML5 and CSS3. There is a time-senstive portion to this bid: I will need the front page, main menu and tabs to be customized to reflect my business idea in 48 - 72 hours. I will provide all of the text and photos. The bid entire site does not have to be ready in 72 hours however, but I need the concept of my business ready within that timeframe. THIS BID IS FOR THE ENTIRE PROJECT: INCLUDES THE FULL INSTALL AND CUSTOMIZATION OF WORDPRESS TEMPLATE WITH SHOPPING CART AND MINIMAL TRAINING SO I CAN MANAGE SITE LATER ON.
