Prestashop E-commerce site design

Hello I am looking for someone to develop an e-commerce site, preferably using prestashop 1.4+. I would like to have the site integrated with ogone credit card payment processing (which is available as an a free add-in ) The website will sell small electronic items, e.g usb sticks, memory cards, storage, hard drives etc etc. I have some ideas for templates, but the site will look similar to [login to view URL] - please look at the filtering options on the side of the page. The website will have similar filtering options, which grey out if the combinations are not possible. The website will incorporate about 5 or 6 different currencies initially. I would also like to incorporate a shipping estimator, based on weight and obviously location and shipping type. In short, a Prestashop based e-commerce site with some flash (front page), order and payment processing. This will involve setting up of SQL database where I can import many items at once. I am open to selecting another e-commerce site, but have preference with prestashop. The person/organization must be familiar with the technology (Prestashop/SQL/PHP/HTML/CSS etc) I will provide CSV for product information, and possibly also the thumbnails, or location of where they are. I want someone who has the following traits: 1. Good use of English (spelling and grammar) 2. Good understanding of English . Must understand fully the requirements, or ask if not sure. 3. Good at communicating in English 4. Prompt – need a fast response to any queries I raise (12-24 hours – bearing in mind the timezones) 5. Available when stated (i.e I don’t want someone who states they are contactable, when they are not) 6. Expect the person to work on my project when stated 7. Can estimate a cost reasonably well – i.e no hidden charges. 8. Sometimes I can provide precise details for what I need, and expect those to be followed 9. Sometimes I can provide general guidelines for what I need, and expect the person to ask as many questions as necessary to make sure they know what the outcome should look like. 10. Want to be able to contact you via email, phone, skype or other tools such as netmeeting etc. 11. work to be done on my server, or uploaded regularly so I can monitor progress and also run actual performance tests (ie is hosted server too slow) 12. Expect professional attitude. 13. Expect person to know the technologies stated, eg. PHP, Prestashop, SQL etc 14. Expect confidentiality, and exclusivity of work done. I am only asking these based on previous experience, so they are not really harsh requirements – more just common sense and good business practice. I can pay fixed price, or hourly. Prefer fixed price, with payment made for visible milestones. NOTE: If you have faked your profile, or your experience/ projects completed, I can, and will find out – so don’t waste my time or yours by bidding. ALSO, I have selected a ballpark figure for cost.
