site for trucking company

I need an entire website developed and designed for a Third Party Freight Forwarder / Trucking company / Logistics company. I need the following pages home company services rate quote track package available load contact us login FEATURE Must have backend for admin and the frontend to display data for the database. This will be used in the US only and as such needs only the lower 48 states and canada provinces listed, the site will be english only - no other language needed. Will need to be able to search/sort the loads by city, state and possibly map them, and by equipment (type of truck/trailer). Guests (unregistered users) should be able to see a brief description of postings but not the actual details (like company names, phone numbers or rates) this will be for registered users only. In the registration part we will collect all the information and an admin will have to approve or disapprove the membership. Will need to be able to temp lockout any user for failure to comply with our rules (this should be like a checkbox or something). A registered member should be able to see and remove listings that they have posted (they list a load or truck and fill it ....they can remove it from the board) Need for the admin(s) to be able to send email to a user or the whole group of users. There should be two types of registration, 1. people that post the loads. 2. people that are looking for the loads.
