Hello, I am considering trying to find some customer service support for maintaining my web clients. I am a small website company (only myself) and I have about 30 website clients who occasionally need website updates, setting up their emails, and some minor questions. If there is a way that we can set up an online chat for supporting these customers that would be ideal. support tickets is another option. Many of my sites are static and some have flash.
